Fatal System Error

Hi,
I have a problem with my pc.Whenever I shutdown, it doesnt turn off, but instead, it restart. I turn off the Automatic Restart and everytime I shut it down, a blue screen appear and it says 'Fatal System Error'.... Is this caused by a virus? or is this a hardware problem? what is the solution for this? btw, my OS is XP Pro...please help....thanks!

Please list your parts, make and model, including power supply if home built, or make and model if store bought.

Also, can you tell us the stop code of the blue screen. It will look like: 0x00000004d

Have you made any recent changes to the computer?

The message in blue screen is : "STOP:c000021a {Fatal System Error} The windows logon system process terminated unexpectedly with a status of 0x00000000 (0x00000000 0x00000000). The system has been shut down."

Its a clone pc actually,not branded. This is some info from dxdiag:

i tried to repair my OS but still same problem, i ended up reformatting my drive c...it fixes the problem. i realy dont know what causes that problem.
