Questions about Icons in start menu

I have Office 2007 enterprise edition. When I go into the start menu and go to Microsoft Office, none of the programs have their icons. They are just showing the generic icon. So I tried to right click and go to properties, but unable to assign them an icon.

Anyone know what the problem may be? I hope this makes sense and is not too stupid of a questions.
