Question about user account in XP Home Edition...

I noticed under user accounts theres a ASP.NET Machine A..... Whats this for and can i safely delete it ? Thank you in advance.

1 other question, is there any free 3rd party software that can limit a kids account? By this i mean when they click on the start button nothing is availible to them only the icons that i put on the desktop for them? Limited account doesn't seem to allow this. Thanks

The ASP.NET account is created when you install the Microsoft Net Framework on your computer. Unless they've come up with some other use for it, the only thing I ever heard it was good for was if you do ASP.NET programming......apparently its needed to test your programs (extra security, since the account doesn't have admin priviledges). Otherwise, no, it's pretty useless to the average user. I deleted mine a long time ago and haven't had any problems. As for your second question, sorry, can't help ya there, as I don't use any programs like that. Maybe someone else will know.
