XP Pro

Right now I have a HP media center pc. I use it mostly to record and watch TV. If I upgraded to XP Pro would I loose that functionality?

Thanks.

What do you have on there right now and what are you using to record?

Lastly, why do you want to upgrade?

I am using windows media center right now. It seems in reference to internet wireless connection pro seems to be more secure. I have pro on a laptop and desktop and they have no problem connecting to the internet. The one that has media center installed seems to have problems. I am using the same wireless card as the router so not sure why I have such a problem with my wireless connection.

David, that has nothing to do with your connection problems. Please stop opening new threads and do what's been suggested in your original thread.

I have already. The only thing said was to update drivers and make sure my security was the same. That is all the same and the drivers are updated.
