Turning off message that windows has been shut down improperly

Hello. I was wondering if there is a way to turn off the message in WinXP that this computer has been shut down improperly after restarting your computer when you have pulled the cord because you had to due to various issues. It's kind of a silly message because no one is just going to shut it down improperly on purpose unless you are a 3 year old. How about a message like "I am sorry I made you shut down your computer improperly. I will try to be a better computer next time; I will keep adding more updates till I get it right." I have a reason for getting rid of that message. thanks

Not that I know of. Improper shutdowns will eventually corrupt files and/or crash the hard drive and you need to fix whatever is causing the problems.
