How would you create a shortcut for Windows Explorer in XP?

I notice in Vista and Windows 7, they've added an Explorer file manager which allows you to easily switch between files and directories. A feature Linux has had for a long time. Is there a way or a good replacement program to get the same thing in WinXP Pro? Thanks.
