From Vista to XP

Ugh. I have had absolutely enough of Windows Vista. I just recently got a new laptop (one of the HP Pavilion Entertainment PC...not my first choice but it came at an unbeatable price [i.e. as a gift]).

I have been having nonstop problems with Vista. Firefox will stop working, programs will freeze up and then I won't be able to close them through task manager. Vista takes up a bunch of resources and etc. etc. etc.

I loved XP and it worked great for all the years I've used it. I'm not sure I want to be a Windows 7 guinea pig just yet so my question is: Are there any issues with converting Vista to XP?

From all I hear is that people upgrade but never have I heard of someone rolling back to a previous operating system. I guess I'd have to buy XP again but I think it'll be worth it if these problems go away.

Thanks!

You probably will not be able to find XP drivers for it, sorry. Wait for Windows 7, it will be here REAL soon now.
