System won't boot to Win XP
I am rebuilding a Dell Inspiron 3800 Laptop. I removed the floppy drive and installed a new CD-ROM drive. Drive C has been reformatted and partitioned and I installed my copy of Win XP. The computer boots but not to Wiin XP. The only way I can get to the OS is to re-install the OS. I think I may need to partition and reformat Drive C and install the OS after using Microsoft start up diskettes. Any suggestions?

Did you delete the utility and recovery partitions? You should not have done that if you did.

Computer won't boot to Win XP
I may have done that. If so, how do I set up new partitions for those?
