msn hotmail problem
ISSUE: when replying to email messages-there is an add inserted at bottom of the reply page which triggers virus protectors in recipients' computers..
QUESTION: How is this "message" removed? ------------------------------------------------------------------------ DISCUSSION: suspect this is malware: it is an add for some "store" dealing with various computer/electronics products. Have searched al;l the "options" (in hotmail) to try and remove with no luck. One person thinks it has to do with "signatures" setup??? Would like to remove this add (probably some form of malware) I have anti spam/anti virus and firewall programs which apparently have not detected this issue. thanks. |

Do you get these issue out of a text book or is it some sort of company internal thing??
When I send a mail from hotmail i see-> Windows 7: Unclutter your desktop. Learn more. And there's no way to get rid of it..Maybe the PAID hotmail account might not have it. Have you considered tweaking the "triggers virus protectors in recipients' computers?" |

the message is from some internet selling company with a www. address...it appears at the bottome of the reply page..i cant rid it.....what shall i do (close hotmail>open another hotmail account??)
my firewall/antiviral programs email checkers did not detrect nor rid it. |
