HELP!!! Strange message"apex xarraydb object"

Hi, (I hope this is the right place for this matter)
I'm using win xp pro SP3, and recently this message start commimg up all the time, wish says:
"APEX xarraydb object will expire in 28 days".
It's really strange for me, as I google it, and aparently it's something related to programing in visualbasic, wish I don't touch.

Can anyone help me please?

What's in your Control Panel and have you updated your video drivers within the last month ?

edit : your specs please.

What do you mean when you ask "whats in my control panel?", are you asking for wish software I have installed? As for the drivers I didnt updated, but I will look for any available update right now.

Looks like you got at least one good suggestion, I'd be checking out your VC++. It won't hurt anything to uninstall it, if you have something that needs it, I'm sure it will either reinstall or you will be prompted to reinstall it.

hey,
I've just unninstalled both visual C++2005 and 2008. Still comming up this message. I've also updated all the drivers, well, only the one from my lan card was outdated.

Okay, now I'd do a system restore back to a date before this started happening.

hey, unfortunatly I dont have any restrore point from that date.
