Hard Drive Disappearing - PCMech Forums

mike-dude Member (1 bit) Join Date: Nov 2009 Posts: 1	Hard Drive Disappearing I tried searching through a couple forums as well as asking my friend, but I have not come across any answers to this problem yet. Last week I noticed that along with my iPod, my new internal hard drive was disappearing from the My Computer folder. Everything works fine when I restart, but if I put the computer in stand by mode, neither will appear after I boot back up. I'm a helpless noobie when it comes to computers, so any advice would be appreciated! By the way, I'm running Windows XP Professional edition.
