How do you get rid of the Google hijacker

I'm running XP Pro SP3 and I can't seem to get rid of this stupid Google hijacker. I've tried the free Ad-Aware and Spybot S&D but no luck. Anyone had any success? Thanks.

Run Trend Micros "House Call". You could try malwarebytes but I'm pretty sure that's a virus so malwarebytes probably won't work.

Try malwarebytes before you get into any involved removal procedures.
