OH!! Every time I need to enter my email address on the web, I would like to hold down two buttons to accomplish that.

I have a text file on my desktop with a dozen things like that that I use to copy n paste from. This works file for me since I might go weeks without needing to paste something.

There are also fancy clipboard type applications where you can store stuff like you're wanting....And if you need to paste the info hundreds of times a week - they could come in handy.

I think the Google Toolbar has a forms filler feature that can do that.

I use a Microsoft Media keyboard that has programmable hot keys. You need to install the MS software to make it work but it has a Mail key that takes me directly to my gmail account - all signed in and straight to the Inbox. I've used this kbd on XP, Vista and 7 with equal success.

PR, I don't think that's what he wants to do. He wants to enter his e-mail address in a field in a webform, not open his e-mail. At least that's how I read it.
