Disk boot error

My power supply burned out, so I replaced it with a new Thermaltake PS. I turend it on and everything fired up, but I get a disk boot error.

It seems to get by that sometimes, the Welcome to Windows appears, then the desktop doesn't load. What is going on?

When the power supply went, it may have damaged other components. Check the motherboard for bulging and leaking capacitors. Run diagnostics on the ram and hard drive if you can (WD Diags, memtest86+).
