What causes this error when trying to install a program and how can it be fixed?

Step 1: Odds are your only getting that error with one application - mention that applications name here
Step 2: Odds are, there is more info in the error message - post entire error message Step 3: GOOGLE the heck out both of the above

Program is ASCOM Platform 5...integrates astronomy software and astronomical instruments.
