Question Question about chkdsk

Hello,

I regularly use chkdsk /p with the windows XP disk at the command prompt, but everytime I do so and use the norton partition magic 8 program says that are errors on my partitions, the quiestion is, is the norton program is correct on what it says?

Any help appreciated.

I would use the hard drive makers utilities to scan the hard drive and check it.
