Programs wont open
Got handed a computer that had the Koobface worm on it. Pretty sure I got it removed using Malwarebytes, AVG, and SuperAntispyware. Now none of the programs will open, it just asks what program to open with. If I open the context menu, choose Run As and deselect Protect My Computer And Data... some of the programs will run. I tried the Doug Knox EXE File Association Fix, but it did not work. Nothing shows up in the system tray either. System restore is turned off. Any suggestions on my next move besides reinstall?

Thanks for the fast reply. The Doug Knox EXE File Association Fix did work. In my multitasking, I must have forgot to reboot and just shut off the computer thinking it didnt work. Last night when I booted it up to try your suggestion, everything was working. Nothing like being stuck on stupid. Thanks again for your help.
