PW question

I have this app "Complete System Monitor".
In the config tab, there is a Pass Word list. I clicked on it, and there were the PW's I expected and a couple I didn't.
they were in "Microsoft Internet Explorer Protected Sites"
They arn't the most flatering sites so I wish to get rid of the PW's (which, honestly I don't know how they got there, which has me concerned)

I looked in the Internet options, and didn't find any protected sites.

Where is "Microsoft Internet Explorer Protected Sites"?
