Angry Fire What in the H ! 1 year old dell no wireless/firewall

Hello,
Running xp on a dell a year old by choice, now I have a problem with my laptop and is showing :
Could not start the windows firewall/internet connection sharing (ICS) service on local computer error 2: the system cannot find the file specified

Can't access my firewall and I cant access wireless Internet.

I have tried : NETSH FIREWALL RESET and other approaches similar to that.

Please,

Send a message via AIM to Panama Red
Try Malwarebytes. It'll find things Norton won't.
