Fujitsu Lifebook UGHHHHHHHHHHHHHH

Ok I ended up with 2 Fujitsu Lifebooks Model B6220 and all I had to do was throw a HDD in and reload.
The COA was XP Pro and loaded and took the numbers without a hitch, thats when the problems began.First thing was the chipset drivers-neither unit would allow the driver to load-it would start to execute but then failed with an error that brought up the box "tell Microsoft".
Then the touch screen (it has a touch screen and stylus-kinda cool)driver refuses to load and says "instillation incomplete".
Now remember it has a new drive-and no recover partition.so Im at the mercy of the fijitsu website for drivers.
I did a cursory search of the problems using a search engine and the only answer any fella had was it should be loaded with XP Tablet.....The coa says XP pro????
Any ideas??these look like a lot of fun-except for the cheesy core solo, and we know thats a rip...TIA
