Another problem
This is the same computer and as listed in the other thread I just started in Hardware. Both of her problems have hit today in a row,. I am unsure if they are related, but she says this one has gone on for years.

I did this last night:
WD: How to Troubleshoot a Visual C++ Runtime Error in Word The only things I found were a Web Page one and A Works add on. I know both are Microsoft, but I removed them. She won't be using Word for webpages and the Works plug in should not be needed. I suspect the latter could be the culprit, but it is just a hunch. |
