ISO Image - How to burn a CD in XP?

I want to burn a cd by using an ISO image I downloaded from Mandrake for their Linux version. Does Windows XP can burn a cd from an ISO image or will I need a 3rd party software?

the latest version CDRwin should work fine, download the trial version.

should be able to download from www.goldenhawk.com, or from downloads.com
