no space left on C:/drive (windows XP Pro)

Hi there is anybody out there who can help me.My C drive is nearly full and I got a new 40 gig hard drive which I would like to make as my new c: drive for my pc, so how do I go about it

NORTON GHOST

Get your hands on the latest version of "Norton Ghost".

Keep the Source HDD as the Primary
Connect the new drive (40 gigs) as a slave
Boot to a floppy
Run Ghost
Follow the steps to transfer the partition to the new drive

There you go. You could also use Drive Image. They both do the job.

Most hard drives come with some sort of software to do the migration. You might want to check the website of the manufacturer and download the software if you do not have it already.
