Error message at bootup

At bootup I get a win2k reminder error that 2/23/2002 03:34:02 is not a valid date and time. What program is generating the error? The bios is correct and the clock is correct in w2k.

Thank you Statica. It is fixed now. I had Regional Settings set to Canadian English so I changed it to US and that did the trick.
