I would like to format my PC I am using Widows XP
How do I Format Wndows XP

I recently did it when I up graded just boot from the xp cd

if your computer doesn't currently boot from the d drive you can change it in the bios

If you like to format to install WinXp again then do as the previous poster typed.. if you would like to install a other OS then you will need to boot with the Win9X cdrom and there you need to FDISK and then format - Format option will only be available if you Choose Setup Win9X or likewise - otherwise you will need the format.com on a floppy disk - or to have to extract it from the RAM DRIVE which windows setup is creating..

For any other os follow the instructions of those OS's..
