Hi all,
I posted in PC Hardware for a resource problem and things led me to getting rid of a spyware entry in my startup programs. gonzo4904 gave me this great link for checking all your startup programs for neccessity. From there I got This link to the page where you can read about the file "sp.dll" and instructions on how to remove it. My problem is I don't know much about REGEDIT and I couldn't locate the files noted in the post on Google. Any help would be apreciated. Thanks, lovesranch |

Open regedit>find> and let regedit find it. If there is an offending file and you are alittle worried about deleting it, post back as to where it was found and whatever other info that can help. Some one here will beable to help.

lovesranch "dressing?"
i crack me up!anywho, Try this. it is a freeware application that takes most of the work out of removing spyware. www.lavasoftusa.com Their site is a bit sluggish but download Ad-aware and then DL the Reference file updater. I use this program, it is very quick and usually finds the stuff I miss, like ad cookies from doubleclick. anywho, give it a shot. |
