when you installed it would have asked for an "administrator password". at the log on screen hit ctrl-alt-del twice, type in the name "administrator" and enter the password you used for that. when you are logged on you can go into users accounts and delete your account and set up a new one with a new password. If you dont remember your administrator account you will have to re-install. If you do get in, one of the options in the user accounts section is to "prevent a forgotten password". this creates a start-up disk that gets you back in, you can also set up a password prompt.
