Win XP Pro Cannot install intel Pro 10/100 82557 Pci Adapter Drivers
I need a little help here with Win XP-PRO. My XP-PRO Refuses to install the drivers for the NIC. I have obtained the latest drivers from Intel but Still have a problem ( Yellow Exclamation! ) I have a dual Boot with Win ME and the card and new drivers installed without any problems in ME. Ive pulled every other card out and tried to install the NIC First but it gives a drivers not installed error.
 The drivers are XP From the Intel Website.

Double check to see if the drivers are for XP, the drivers you installed with ME are incompatible with XP.
