Cool Remove Win98 and dualboot with Win ME and W2K

Hi all! Currently my system is dual boot with Win98 (in C: drive) and W2K (in F: drive), right now i want to make it dualboot with Win ME and W2K, so how do i Uninstall the Win98. Can i just format the Win98 partition and install the Win ME straight away? My concern is, will this action overwrite the BOOT.INI file and then make the W2K cannot be start? If this cannot work, is it any other way to make Win ME and W2K dualboot with W2K already installed, and it won't affect the startup of W2K. And due to some reason, i don't want to upgrade from Win98 to Win ME. So please give me some advice and suggestion, thanks in advance!!

Not sure. I just did a 98 and Me' install; but I use System Commander for my install. I'm not sure but I believe the Me' would have to be installed first or it would change your existing Boot.INI file. Don't bet on any of this; just trying to let you know what I've experienced. Good luck.
