How Do I Do This?

I'm posting this here in the hopes that I may discover someone who knows the answer......

How do I do this:

create a directory called
'database' at the SAME level as your 'html' directory. This must be done with an FTP client and not Microsoft FrontPage.

I'm confused and not sure how to even find the "level" of my "html directory". Any help would be appreciated. Thank you.

I suppose this is for your own website - use the FTP to logon ot your websites server then on the server side find select the category or directory listing choose on of the directory of just plain ROOT look for Create new directory click on it name it and there you are - done..
Hope this was what you were looking for..
