my 512mb memory isn't being all used?

I have 512mb memory and when i went into my system info. on my windows xp computer it says i have 23% utilized of the 512mb. Is this normal? Im thinking it should be higher though. If it isn't normal how do i make it so i can utilize more of my memory? Thanks.

I would say that this is normal and very good. Memory should never be completely used as it would slow the machine down.

yeah, mine only uses about 25% so there's nothing wrong. your computer will use more when it needs it. but it happens that what you're doing at the time only requires 20 something percent.
