new partition in XP

I was wondering if someone could help me...

I am trying to create new partitions in XP. I went into disk mangement and I know with 2000 I can right click and create a new volume or partition.

With this my options are "properties" and "help" "open" "explore" and "change drive letter and paths". My current drive is 69 .86GB NTFS. I want to seperate them so I can put other OSes on it.

thanks

If the drive is already partitioned, you will need to use Partition Magic to resize without wiping it. If you are trying to partition unallocated space, it should work the same way as in 2K - you do have to log in as administrator though.
