Question Question for builders

You install and setup/configure the os, be it 98, 2000 or XP, and install whatever software that is packaged with the PC(office/works or whatever). You send it to the customer. When they turn it on, it's like it's running for the first time. How do you get it to do that?
You have to punch in names and passwords(administrator and whatnot) when you install the OS right. How do you reset all of that so the customer can put their own names and passwords in when it gets to their house?? I hope i was clear on that. If not, I'll try again.

ok I did the search but I only get results on problems during unattended setup. I need to know how to setup an unattended setup. Has anyone done this?
