I fdisked my 40 G drive, partitioned to 2 - 20 G . Installed Win 98FE on 'C' & WinME on 'D'.
Now I can boot to 'D' & everything runs normally. But I can't boot to 'C'. I have Partition Magic & Boot Magic but have not installed either as every time Boot Magic is installed my system it seems to go ape & starts getting all fouled up. Is there any way I can dual boot without a third person program installed ? It seems like I'm always asking for help & can't seem to help any body else here. I think my learning curve is a straight line. Any help appreciated... Thanks - Len

Crow,
Not sure if this article will help or not, as he is using 98 & 2000, but give it a read: http://www.3dspotlight.com/articles/...ot/index.shtml |

You dont need any third party software if you use winXP or win2k (along with 98 or me) but I dont know if you can have a dual boot setup with out it using 98 and me only. I know you can have a multi-boot setup using 98, ME, and either XP or 2k. They do all need to be on there
own disk or partition, and also (like you did do) 98 must be on the C: drive |

Thanks guys... I think I'll have to try loading 'Boot Magic' & see
what I can do with it. Looks like I have to have Win 2000 or XP along with Win 98 or ME. - Len
