XP msconfig equivalent?

I have a dual boot system win98se and XP. In win98 you can choose selective start up in msconfig. Is there an equivalent to msconfig in winXP? If so, what is it and can you opt for a selective start up or at least keep the items to a minimum during start up? Thanks for the info.

Send a message via ICQ to VietBob
Win 2K doesn't include msconfig, but the XP version works.
