Win2K won't shut down with Washer running

I am currently running Webroot's "Window Washer" on a Dell Laptop running Win2K SP2. When the application is running Win2K won't completly shut down. Hangs at the "You can now shut down the computer".

If I shut down Washer, Win2K finishes the shutdown and powers off.

Anybody have any suggestions...besides closing Washer first!
Thanks
