Pissed problem with system prematurely shutting down

i am having a continual problem with my system resetting...this only occurs when i am on the internet...every time an error report shows up after my system restarts the report states the product in question is 768_1,i don't have a clue what this means...could anyone please help me,as if it is a certain program that keeps causing this i would like to be able to remove it

i am running windows xp on a 1.2ghz celeron pc(256mb RAM)

any help would be appreciated

Have you checked your drivers,possibly your modem drivers?May be worth checking.
