page file usage

Hi everybody,
i was wondering how the task manager page file usage works...reason being is that when i boot up i have nav, za, and pop up stopper in the system tray, ( i stopped wats not needed in MSCONFIG ) but i look into the taskmanager and it says 108 MB for the page file usage...is that normal? i looked into the process and i took a quick look ( i didnt actually add them all exactly ) but it doesnt look like im using that much...like right now i have up aim, pcmech and adware ( scanning the whole computer ) and the system tray i have za, nav, and pop up stopper and some hidden ones but it says 176 MB right now so i dont know if this is good or bad but can anybody give me any insight to this so i have a idea on whats goin on...and i dont know if this has anything to do wit it but my comp rebooted on me for the first time yest while i was sleeping...and i jus finished the adware scan and it shows 2 components i deleted which comes to the next question...is it normal that i will always have doubleclick on my computer??? cuz everytime i run it it shows the same thing - 2 double click components deleted...i did a trojan scan with those freebes online but i dont know how much that is worth because my friends computer was lagging because of some explorer.exe was taking a lot of usage on his cpu and i took a look at it and also did a trojan scan but nuthin was detected and the problem wasnt solved till i got the DLDER REMOVER for him and it did wat it had to do and his system stoped freezing...BTW i use XP Pro...ill see u guys tommorow got to sleep now...thanks

That pagefile usage doesn't look excessive.

Those are "doubleclick" cookies that ad-aware is finding. You pick those up from lots of websites.
