Everytime I input my username password and press enter the CTRL ALT DEL screen seems to hang for about 40 seconds and then logs I can log in.
I used to have it set up in a domain, but am now stand alone. I have used the pc for weeks (after removing from the domain)without this problem, this has started only a couple of days ago. No new software was installed ??? |

Thats odd you would think it would have done it from the time you removed it from the network. It sounds like it is searching for a connection that isn't there.
You might try either resetting up your connections or deleting the ones you no longer need. |

Yeah, that's what I thougt it could be so I only use the machine account and not the domain accounts.
Does anybody know of a utility that logs all the processes during boot up and log on? |
