Hi
couldnt find that exact error code, but start at http://support.microsoft.com/default...EN-US;q286180& and then click on Q192926 How to Perform Clean-Boot Troubleshooting for Windows 98 , assuming you're running 98... Good luck. |

Hi ressler76,
It's spyware that has something to do with either @Home, Charter Communications. Com Cast or Support.com. Apparently, it keeps track of keystrokes and sends that information back to it's home base. "Another discussion is particularly troubling because it reports that the Comcast software, and in particular a program called tgcmd.exe is monitoring keystrokes on the computer. You do not need to install Comcast's software, and I highly recommend that you don't." Info More Info Get rid of tcgmd by doing the following: Open your Control Panel and open Add/Remove Programs Find Comcast Support and remove (uninstall) it from your system. No more tcgmd. Cricket
