Wins problems

Hello all,
I've a win2000 domain with different server. One of my server is not listed anymore when I open my netowork neighboorhood.
I can access the server without any problems (i've a map on it and that's working fine).
In the same way, I've TS server installed on it. When I open
my Teminal Services client, the server is not listed in my list; but if I write the name of it, I can access it without any problem.

Now, in my TCP/IP settings, if I disable Netbios over TCP/IP and enable it again a few seconds later, my server comes in my list but for about 1 hour. After this time, it disappears again ...

I need to make a backup on it but, of course, can not see it on my backup list..

Any help is welcome
