Problems with video files!!!
Hi
im having problems with my windows xp, if i have just installed xp i cant play videos because i need a codec, i install Nimo 5 build7, after installing it, whenever i try and open a video file, it takes about 2 minutes before the file starts playing, in that time my pc just hangs, i was using winmedia player 8, i upgraded to beta9 but the same problem, the same happens with real one player and winamp 3. any ideas what the problem could be? should i try a different codec maybe? thanx slyder |

What kind of videos ?
DVDs ? Or what ? Streaming videos ? Please be more precise. RJ

just normal avi clips!
no movies i uninstalled nimo and put just divx 5 and now everything is fine, thanx for the help |
