Strange characters ???
I just worked on a Compaq Presario the other day that had the strangest characters. Where a check box should be . . . there was a small picture. Where an arrow on the scroll bar should be . . . there was a number (Different number on each one) Where the Min/Max/Close boxes should be in the top right corner of a window . . . there were random numbers and characters right out of Character Map. Anyone else ever run across this before ? I even did a System Restore but they still appear the same way.
