USB Problems after 2000 upgrade
I am having a very frustating problem with my 4 of my dell optiplex gx1p's. I recently upgraded from NT 4 workstation to 2000 pro. I attached a USB 1.1 keyboard, only to find it didn't work. After reinstalling drivers, updating the bios and doing every conceiveable update to the OS, I tried connecting a USB mouse. Same result. I looked in device manager, and my computer doesn't know it has USB ports! It literally doesn't see them.
Any advice? |

What's the motherboard and chipset those optiplex's are using?
