Can't see workgroups

Running Win2000. I'm adding a new computer to existing peer to peer network. The network is divided into two workgroups, Owmnet and Collections. When I go to My Network Places on the Desktop I get three icons, the Add Network Place icon, the Entire Network Icon and Computers Near Me. When I click on Entire Network I don't see anything. When I click on the Computers Near Me icon I see the computers in my Collections workgroup. If I open Windows Explorer and go to My Network Places then open Entire Network I get a file Microsoft Windows Network that shows both workgroups which I can access. What's going on and how do I get both workgroups to show up when I click my network places on my desktop???
