Cool SP1 Error report

Installed SP1 and on reboot got a severe error on bootup that XP recovered from and sent error report to MS.

Received following from MS;

Thank you for submitting an error report to Online Crash Analysis. This report has been processed and analyzed.

A solution for this problem is now available in Windows XP Service Pack 1. To install the service pack, see the http://www.microsoft.com/windowsxp/p...p1/default.asp Microsoft website.

You can track this error report by clicking the Track this error report link. If you choose to track your error report, you will be notified of resolutions to this problem as they are identified.

Do you think I should reinstall SP1?

Chas

PS
System appears OK.

Send a message via AIM to larry1135
If you open IE click help then click About IE you should see your SP1 next to Update Versions. If not then try re-installing.

Cool

Thanks Larry, it's showing SP1. I was trying to take a stab at MS. I installed SP1. Get error and MS says fix is SP1. That circle might just never end.
