XP Activation
Hi
If I activate my new XP and sometimes have to install, on a new system maybe or my new chardrive, can I somehow just transfer XP Windows from one computer or on a new harddrive without having activated? Does back-up help? |

Your Windows XP license is for only ONE computer, unless you pay for more licenses. In the event of a crash or a new hard drve, you may reinstall and may have to call Microsoft to activate your XP.
Using XP on multiple systems without proper authorization is illegal. |

You will have to activate in 30 days anyway.
