Talking Changing Windows 2K Startup Image

In Windows 95 you can change the startup image by altaring the "logo.sys" file. Anyways I was wondering if there's any way I can change the startup image for Windows 2000?

In order to change my startup image, I have to change the boot.ini file, but I can't find it anywhere even when I have Windows Explorer set to view hidden files. Is there anything else I can change instead?
