SlipStreaming SP3

Has anyone successfully "slipstreamed" SP3 into windows 2000 yet? WinXP with SP1 was a piece of cake, wonder why win2k is acting up. I tried the following:

c:\win2ksp\i386\update\update.exe -s:c:\windows 2000

I also tried this:

c:\win2ksp\i386\update\update.exe /s:c:\windows 2000

Any ideas?
All I get is error saying the path is wrong.
