Second problem is a CD-RW issue. Do you have a new one? Did you recently switch burning programs?

thanks doc. i had intentionally not installed the intellipoint software, but after reading that, i thought i should. so i go to open my cd drive and, hot damn, it's dead. i just tested it in another machine. nothing. so i guess i'm in the market for a new cd drive. thanks again.
